The focus of our coaching model is on changing key leadership behaviors that will help executives produce better results. Our methodology is geared towards changing the perception of each executive’s stake holders by means of specific, long-term, observable and measurable actions. 360° Behavioral Analysis
We have observed that successful executives learn best from the people that surround them. These are their stakeholders; direct reports, peers, boss and in some cases clients. Our behavioral analysis is custom designed for each client, according to their leadership behaviors, values, competencies, previous studies, etc. We use sophisticated online tools in order to measure stakeholder perception on leadership behaviors. All of our measurement processes are anonymous and confidential. We never share individual results with anyone but the person measured, however our client companies receive wondrous aggregate information, from evolution to benchmarking.
Training in Leadership and Coaching Skills
The contents of our training programs are base on methodology that WQG has developed for years working with our clients.
